REFUND POLICY
This return policy applies to all service packages delivered digitally. Because these items are virtual content and do not involve any physical shipment, the return and cancellation procedures differ from those for physical goods. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing to protect the rights of both parties.
- Nature of Services
1.1 All services provided on this website are delivered virtually, including online technical support, design and production, structural planning, optimization assistance, and related digital content.
1.2 All content will be delivered in stages after execution begins, and is a service process that is either immediate or semi-immediate, therefore it is non-refundable.
- Application Conditions
2.1 If the service has not yet started, a cancellation request can be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
2.2 Once the work has entered the execution stage (including initial preparation, communication planning, structural layout, or any substantial output), refunds are not supported.
2.3 Project delays caused by the user’s failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner are not eligible for a refund.
- Adjustments During Service
3.1 During the execution phase, users may propose appropriate adjustments based on the package content, but the scope of adjustments must be within the original service agreement.
3.2 If a user proposes changes exceeding the scope of the original package, the relevant portion will be charged as an additional item and will not be grounds for a refund.
3.3 If the project is stalled for more than 7 days due to communication interruption, we reserve the right to mark the project as completed and will not support refunds.
- Special Circumstances
4.1 If the service cannot be started completely due to uncontrollable technical problems, a refund or alternative solution will be provided after confirmation.
4.2 If the service has been partially completed, a partial refund will be assessed based on the actual completion percentage; if the main stage or core content has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
4.3 Once virtual delivery content is sent, it is considered completed and cannot be returned or cancelled.

5.1 Applications that meet the refund conditions after review will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
5.2 Refunds will be returned using the original payment method. The exact arrival time depends on the payment channel.
